Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to check your orders status.

If you purchased a digital product, including PDF versions of the FreeRTOS tutorial books or reference manual, then your order will be emailed to the email address registered to the PayPal account used to make the purchase.  Emails are normally sent out within an hour of receipt of order, if the order was placed during UK office hours.  Emails will always be sent out within 24 hours.  If you have not received your email order within this time, first check your junk mail and spam folders, then, if you are unable to locate your order, contact us to request that it is resent.
How do I track my order?
  If you purchased hardware, and selected a tracked delivery method, click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to view tracking information.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to view your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
